"There was at least one question that everybody got wrong."Taking a look at my handy, dandy chart, you can see that there are only five questions that everyone could have gotten wrong. Questions 3, 4, 5, 10, and the tiebreaker. • The tiebreaker appears to be 10. Since Paula and Son are both aliens, and both guessed 10, we can assume that's correct. We've also guessed 9 and 8, so I think it's safe to say that someone got this answer right. • Question 10 lists all of the remaining players except for Farrell and Erik, so if question 10 is wrong, the murderer is Farrell or Erik. • Question 5 could be the one we all missed if Erik is the murderer and lied about his quiz answers. • Question 4 implicates an alien, since humans do not have teleportation technology. That would imply either Son or Paula. • Question 3 was answered in a previous gazette, and Paula got that right, however, there's the possibility that Paula is the murderer and that this is the question everyone got wrong. Since once of these questions has to be wrong, and none of these options point to Annie, I think she is eliminated from possibly being the murderer.

No one chose Erik for question 10.
Also, I don't think we have confirmation of the number of non-humans aboard ship.

Fixed it.
Can anyone find a way to implicate Annie? I think she may be exonerated by this.

Looking at the questions where only one person chose one of the answers:
if Erik is the murderer then everyone could have gotten 5 wrong if we throw out his answer.
The only other one is Judy with #2 and we know she is human.
Update: I Don't think son is mike's brother though because son is an alien and that would make mike an alien too. the alien thing makes Son's backstory re: the twin very complicated.

Annie seems to have no motive to kill evan. Its possible there was something in Dan's backstory but we don't know. I think Chris and Kyle gave up their backstories? They certainly never said anything bad about annie.

... I don't think we have confirmation of the number of non-humans aboard ship. We don't have absolute confirmation, but we know there are at least three aliens, giving us 10. We also have the numbers 9 and 8 covered in the question, so if there was another alien and/or a vampire, the question would still be correct. I think it's safe to assume it's right. I'll add question 5 as a possibility.

If we were going to play aliens v. humans with a vampire then there could be 6 aliens total meaning there are 3 undisclosed aliens aboard but if thats the case then we are really in the dark about whats going on. So i'm going to pray there are only 3 aliens to start with.

There would only be 3 or 4 aliens out of 13 players. I think there were 3 aliens last season and they won.

There were 6 aliens/witches last season. Three in the pilgrim camp and three in the native camp (Erik, Sarah, Brad, Mike, DJ, and myself).
But the aliens on board this ship aren't tasked with killing the rest of the passengers off. Are they?

I'll defer to you guys I thought it was like the pilgrim/native game with equal members and a vampire in each group.
When i've played werewolf at parties there are usually 1-3 werewolves depending on the number of people and 1 witch who can determine once per turn who is human and who is a werewolf.
I think we are getting sidetracked though.

The gazette said every question was a multiple choice or guess a number. the only guess a number was the tie breaker, so perhaps we should still assume that was one everyone got wrong.

So...I guess we should go back to motive. What are they again?

We know there's at least 3 non-humans, which would be 10, which was guessed. We also guessed 9 and 8. In order for this question to be wrong, there would have had to have been 7 humans to 6 non-humans. That ratio is far too high. Last season there was 1 vampire and 6 aliens (broken into 2 separate groups). That's 13 humans to 7 non-humans. The humans are fodder in this game. They die off quickly because they are unorganized.

But I really don't think that the aliens are tasked with the goal of getting rid of humans too. Otherwise we should just kill of Paula and Son and we still might be left with a murderer.
Wait. Why are we discussing the number of aliens?

Well if it helps, there's a potential hint in Erik's backstory (found on page 2 of "Sharing is Caring").
It says that he spotted Paula at his last match with a man and a woman whom he knows he's seen aboard the S.S. Mildville. That's three aliens (Paula, Son, Andy). There could be more, but I don't think Evan would send us on a wild goose chase for additional non-humans.

There could be more, but I don't think Evan would send us on a wild goose chase for additional non-humans. Why not? We were sent on a chase for aliens per the gazette week 2. If it wasn't for Andy finally coming clean we would never had known there were aliens much less 3 aliens. I also don't think that Evan would give the answer to the tie breaker question to three people. What if we are making a false assumption about Son. We've always assumed Son killed his twin to assume his identity. What if the twin was the alien and Son killed him and took his place to inflitrate the aliens. I would think Son would have come clean about that but that would put the number of aliens at 2 making the correct answer 11 which nobody guessed. Then the aliens would have thought the answer was 10 and son may have not known how many aliens were on board. Son, time to come clean!

I realized that I never posted the message sent to me from Andy which is "As I've received numerous requests, I've opted to share selections of my backstory with select participants.
I am:
an alien. I've also received alien intelligence that the Friendlyville Space Center is launching some sort of satellite. Initially this didn't strike me as too critical, so I have yet to inform Paula and Son."
Gosh, golly gee! I guess she didn't say that Paula and Son are aliens but you can see how it was pretty easy to come to that conclusion which turned out to be totally accurate.
Anyways, I presumed that Andy was indicating that there were only three aliens. She very well could have excluded an additional alien.
It would be helpful to get more intel from Paula and/or Son.
