Amer as judge? deads competing? Yeah not my favorite news either. I'll say congrats to Sarah though. She did do multiple drawings by hand
Geez spies might as well kill me anytime though.. My motivation to stay alive feels slightly slimmed.

Regardless of my feelings, congrats to all the winners, and Sarah I didnt mean it to sound as though there was no effort I tried to modify my post so it didnt sound so harsh towards you, but was unable to.I can barely draw flies. My apologies to you.

The bronze medal goes to Farrell, for "A picture of some children I found on the internet". I felt Farrell's submission was lacking in effort, however, the image is quite apt. I have to admit, he nailed it.

You went by "effort and quality" and picked 2 of the ones with the least effort expended.
Since we can assume at least 1 of the three (I doubt amer would pick all 3) immuned are spies, and since Sarah has already been on my suspect list, she is getting my next poly vote once she becomes eligible.

If I had been the judge I would've chose Amer's. Original idea plus its the cleanest 'shop
True... tell me the story your three-picture entry is trying to tell. The sinister guy seems to make a train disappear and help the lady on the tracks... is that it?
Edit: Or does the train turn into the sinister guy? I've honestly been staring at the pic for 5 minutes. I'm sure it's an awesome story.

I think that the lady tied up on the track was the Mildvillainous Villain all along, convicted of villainy and sentenced to die of train rain, but then another villain comes along to let her go

Oh I see, SHE'S the mildvillainous villain and he just untied her. I get it now, that's an exciting twist.

Amer's was definitely the cleanest shop but the least topical of all of them.

If you are thinking of it like a movie, it's pretty fail. I just wanted the help help/train scene first so I made it happen.
In time order it's prob reversed.

I don't recall neatness being the priority. Thought we were looking for a mascot to represent ..

I admit the twist was cruel, but in the end quality and representation did win. Having my cats as judges doesn't seem so bad now, huh?
I genuinely liked Amer's piece, although I don't fully understand why my head was on the deer. Amer's made me think: When you go deer hunting, you dress as loud as possible to not get killed by one of your own. That's a great metaphor for Mildville, and the notion that we are the deer and the hunters is cool. I liked Sarah's a lot, too.
I'll judge the next one. I really ran out of time last Friday so I said "hey, make something!"
What challenge do you want next week? Word puzzle? Creative? One of those challenges where everyone tries to game what everyone else will do?

I think you do a fantastic job keeping us on our toes, Evan.

I thought Pete's mascot was fantastic. And Conductor Evan looked so happy up there in the engine car as he plowed over Amer's corpse.

I was on this Mildville mascot thread and then I went to Reddit where I saw the picture of the moose, and the idea just came to me.
I imagined looking out of the window of the train as it was traveling and briefly seeing a wild moose that inexplicably looked like Evan. I paused, and considered what I had just seen. I wondered if it was real, and then just shrugged and thought, "Mildville…". Given how many characters have been Evan (mayor, sheriff, cook captain, conductor — no relation), it seemed somehow appropriate that some of the animals look like Evan in the bizarre alter-world of Mildville.

RESULTS: I said "a secret panel of judges will decide" and they did! The secret panel was comprised solely of everyone named "Amer" in Mildville! Here's what all the Amers had to say: "I will be judging on quality, and effort. Obviously, my first choice is "MAJESTIC", by me. Because I am the judge, I will majestically bow out of the competition, but it should be noted that this is clearly the Palme d'Or winner. The bronze medal goes to Farrell, for "A picture of some children I found on the internet". I felt Farrell's submission was lacking in effort, however, the image is quite apt. The silver medal goes to Stinky Pete, for "Derailment". Stinky Pete's submission was quite lame and lacking in quality, however, I appreciated the effort. The gold medal goes to Sarah, for a collection of works. Sarah clearly put in the most effort, and the quality of work is high. Of particular note is "Conductor Evan", which stands out above the rest." So, congrats Stinky Pete, Farrell, and Sarah. You win immunity this week! Farrell, since you are deceased, your immunity award is that you get to secretly select one living citizen, Thursday, and nullify their vote. You won't be allowed to know their vote ahead of time, however. Do we get to know who the nullified vote would have been for?
