When Mildville started, I decided to write a program. I call it Vampire Hunter. This program checks who's logged in to Mildville and keeps a record of it. I was hoping that I'd be able to catch someone logging out, followed by the vampire logging on. If this happened a few times, I could be pretty sure I knew who the vampire was.
Last Sunday, at 2:20am, I got lucky. I happened to be testing my program when I noticed that the vampire had logged on for the first time. I checked the logs, but no one else had logged on in over an hour. I started thinking, how else can I use this information. Then I had an idea. I went and opened the Mildville Gazette email. On the right side was a list of all the recipients. Of all the Mildvillains who use GMail, there was only one other person who was online at that time: Tulley.
I thought it was plausible that it was just a coincidence, but just a few minutes after the vampire logged off, Tulley logged off. Still, this wasn't exactly proof. I needed more. So I waited. The next day, I saw what was going on. The vampire had karma-hacked several people: Annie, Son, Tulley... Hey! Those are people I've had well known rivalries with! Then I looked at my karma... nothing. Well, this is starting to look like I'm being framed. Several of my rivals get attacked by the vampire at a time of night where I'm the only person who's awake? Was I just being paranoid. That's when I noticed that Tulley was leaving little hints to try to lead people in my direction. He started with this one:
That one only subtly hinted at me, but the premise of the statement was so ridiculous that I knew something was up. Tulley followed that by trying to convince people that he couldn't be the vampire because the vampire couldn't attack his own karma (which, of course, is not true):
It was about this time that Tulley messaged me, asking me for help with the week 1 immunity challenge. At this point, I was quite certain that he was the vampire and was trying to frame me, so of course, I sabotaged his answers. Tulley has brought this point up many times in his attempts to frame me:
I mentioned on the native forum, Amer deliberately misled me in the immunity challenge, even though he had absolutely no reason to since we are in different tribes. That struck me as very witchy behavior - he knows I wasn't a witch otherwise I would ask fellow witches, and why wouldn't a human help out a fellow human? I don't know if thats why there are votes for him on this poll but I think its a pretty compelling one.But how I did had nothing to do with his desire to win immunity since we are on different tribes. He had nothing to lose and still sabotogued. Very witchy - or rather, vampirey. Obviously, you can't vote for him this week, but its something to keep in mind.
Neither I, nor anyone else, seemed to care about any of Tulley's claims, so Tulley kept pushing the matter:
It's important to note that nobody else thought I was the vampire; nor did Tulley seriously accuse anyone else of being the vampire. This is something he clearly started working on from the beginning, and almost every day since.
There are two reasons why I've decided to come out with this information now.
1) Tulley killed one of my allies/former-rivals: Son. I believe that his goal this week will be to kill Annie while gaining immunity for himself. He will then attempt to convince the town that I am the vampire. Obviously, we need to act now.
2) Tulley got sloppy and I caught him switching accounts:
Summary
Tulley is the vampire and is trying to frame me. He logs on at a time of night when I'm the only person awake; He's attacked people who were my former rivals; He is constantly leaving hints and accusations that say that I am the vampire; Lastly, and most importantly, he and the vampire both have a habit of being online at the same time.
So, what do we do?
We need to vote Tulley off ASAP. I wanted to wait until the two tribes merged, but Tulley is operating too quickly. It appears that he has convinced a few people to help him get immunity this week: Alex, Pete, and Judy. Note that both Pete and Judy are at the top of the list of suspected witches and that both have started attacking me, claiming that I'm a witch or a vampire.
So, first, we all need to make sure that Tulley does not get immunity. And second, the _pilgrims have to vote off Tulley. You guys might not have any idea who the _pilgrim witches are, but you now know who the vampire is, so go get him.
P.S. I've just figured out what Tulley was doing online tonight. It appears the vampire challenge this week was to set the forum's censorship filter to convert the word _pilgrim to native. My guess is that there are several other words he has done this to. You can get around this by putting _ at the beginning of the banned word. No doubt, Tulley will try to "subtly" convince people that the vampire must be a native since he considers _pilgrim to be a dirty word.

Yup, clearly the vamp is a vet who knows where the power lies.

I can not smite myself, so I am assuming the vampire can not as well. Which means Annie, Son & I are not the vampire.

And for misleading me so that I didn't get immunity. WITCH.
It's worth noting (natives) that amer deliberately misled me when we were talking about that first image, so he is #1 witch/vamp suspect in my mind.
Umm... please explain the votes for Amer.
I don't think Amer's done anything particularly witch-y... just worked hard to win immunity.
Amer STILL hasn't explained why he deliberately tried to sabotage me in the immunity challenge. I don't think he is a witch, but I do think he is a vampire.
Neither I, nor anyone else, seemed to care about any of Tulley's claims, so Tulley kept pushing the matter:
Based on the gazette voting results, methinks Judy is not long for this world. I still think Amer is the vampire based on the people who were smited (lets be frank here, anyone with the power to smite people to oblivion would certainly pick amer as one of those people). PLUS he has STILL refused to answer the question of his immunity sabotage, which is distinctly un-amer. A normal Amer would have already posted 6 multi-page posts with quotes and timestamps to profess his innocence. The fact that he is ignoring this makes me think he is just hoping it will die away quietly.
For the record, the 5 were: me, Dan, Annie, Son, Franco. I still think that any vampire tasked with this who had played before would definitely have picked amer as one of the 5. He is my #1 vamp suspect.
It's important to note that nobody else thought I was the vampire; nor did Tulley seriously accuse anyone else of being the vampire. This is something he clearly started working on from the beginning, and almost every day since.
