I like to cross swords. In fact, just about the only thing I like more is crosswords.
So, design me a crossword puzzle, where every word is the name of a sword. Whomever works in the most swords wins. You don't need to make clues, just give me a crossword grid with sword names in it.
One more stipulation: Every word must be intersected by at least three other swords. This is tough, so let's just say you can be quite liberal with your interpretation of what a sword is. BUT DON'T INTERPRET IT AS "S-WORDS" SMART GUY, ACTUAL STABBY SWORDS ONLY.
PM me your answer, or submit it here by 5 PST PM Monday
DEAD PEOPLE CAN PLAY. If a dead person wins jailer, same rules apply: They pick two living people to put in jail.

Every word must be intersected by at least three other swords. Can you give an example of what this looks like? It seems that this would be practically impossible, even with all the words in the English language. The simplest puzzle would have 3 horizontal words that each intersect with 3 vertical words. Or am I misunderstanding? X X X X XXXXXXXX X X X XXXXXXXXX X X X X X X XXXXXXXX X X X X

You get it, that's a quality diagram. The last two jailer's challenges have been easy, so I wanted to up the difficulty, this week, for those who like harder puzzles.

Some sword names have 4 letters and it's really hard to get them to intersect with 3 others. Can we get an exception so words of 4 letters or less only have to intersect 2 others?

When I was putting together my list of swords, I wasn't sure how lenient the criteria would be so I didn't include most of the stuff that was just ___________sword
I also had more reasons to get intoxicated during the weekend than I expected, so by the time I realized how hard it was (and thus how lenient the rules had to be) I didn't have time to add to my list because I was at work
Nonetheless, congrats, cid!

Is/did captain brownbeard post who played this one? That would help us continue our lists.
On that note, I didn't challenge this week, but my goal is to win maybe this weekends! You will all see my panda glory and weep.
