I am confused by my motivation for the immunity challenge. In the past, immunity was awesome because it guaranteed you would live. Now getting immunity just makes you look suspicious, because any diplomat should WANT to be targeted so they can show they are clean.

Hey, yeah! If I fit all the substances in totally-not-my-belly, can I get a cozy spot next to the conductor where the spies and assassassassin can't get me?

Tulley,
Getting immunity would also protect you from the spies and assassin.

But im not sure its worth rousing the suspicion of everyone by winning the immunity, especially early on. I for one am just going to assume whoever wins this week is a spy

I for one am just going to assume whoever wins this week is a spy Well, now I regret trying to get it. Hasn't this happened in past years when just winning the first immunity roused suspicion? I think human/diplomat Erik got voted out under those circumstances once. I, for one, thought it was a fun challenge and didnt really consider the effect of winning. There's not a lot I can do when I'm stuck in bed on drugs.

Annie, Glad to hear you are OK and back to your regular drug regimen Seriously, glad to hear you are not in the hospital and back in mildville arousing suspicions. I had a fun time playing the challenge, except I had a repeat towards the end which made me want to punch a wall.

oh yeah! doing this reminded me of a maze where you sometimes have to work your way out and start again at some point. I thought this challenge was pretty cool.

Ya. This is the best first challenge we've had in awhile. They aren't usually head scratchers right off the bat. I want to try again but my pen and paper are all the way across the room.

So anyone interested in sharing how long their chain is? That way we can avoid ties and still keep our chain of elements a secret.

But im not sure its worth rousing the suspicion of everyone by winning the immunity, especially early on. I for one am just going to assume whoever wins this week is a spy This is, of course, a nonsense argument. Anyone who wins the challenge is guaranteed one more week of existence, regardless of their identity. Obviously, Tulley did not bother to attempt this challenge, so now he feels compelled to throw some sour grapes in with the prize. If Tulley truly believed that the immunity winner was a spy or assassin, then why did he tell everyone before the deadline? Now, the spy or assassin can back out of it without being caught. Why not wait until after the deadline, when you've caught the guy redhanded? He's using this as an attempt to start a campaign against someone. It doesn't matter who (although, I think we all know it will likely be me), so long as there is someone that the group can focus on — someone other than Tulley. Makes you wonder why Tulley is so interested in starting this campaign. As for the challenge, I have a result in the 80's. I don't want to give the exact number, in case Zac actually took the time to write a program — we know Tulley didn't.

Just a singular "pen and paper" Annie? I've got the element table print-out with markings all over it, scratch papers all over, two different colors of pens, as well as highlighters! It's a hot mess over here, and I just can't work on it anymore! Hint...watch your submission for auto correct changes, I had some funny ones.

I only used pen and paper also, but I will second the entertaining autocorrects haha
