Doobie yesterday facebooked: "Fixing to do it again More than one or two can do.. Gotta think about employees soon" So... - He's posting that he's too tired after being open literally less than 28 hours in the past four days - He's thinking of hiring employees based upon traffic that is largely based on opening day - I have no idea what "fixing to do it again" means. |

He responded to complaints about closing when customers were still arriving by stating that it takes him 3 hours to clean.
3 hours... to clean... a 4' grill surface and a fryer.
