My reason is backed by mildville history. Its a common strategy to hide behind the scenes, and then when your name gets bandied about to all of the sudden be active. Your reason has no precedent and makes no sense. As far as I'm aware, that's an historically terrible strategy that usually gets you killed Not that it matters this week since you have immunity

I remember wanting to vote for Tulley, but I don't remember why. I'm really hung-over Wait, I thought you were a "day drinker?" If you're hung over now it must mean you reverted to drinking at night like the majority of us out here! Does a "day drinker" sit and gaze about as you lift your glass, or bottle, like a "day dreamer" does when they are pondering their sober, and sometimes somber, existence? ? I'm at a loss about voting this week....any more thoughts on that matter? Just because I drink during the day doesn't mean I don't drink at night. And I've said it before but I'll say it again: I voted for Erik because I didn't think to go after inactivity, he said "shot in the dark" so I shot at him in the dark because it seemed like his zealousness was over-compensating, and as far as I remember the Gangster thread (or at least the Dan part) was posted like 3 hours before the deadline, after I had already passed out.

Here's the voting from the week in question (G-men in pink):
Voted for Dan: Neutrino, Annie, Amer, Farrell, Judy, Paula
Voted for Annie: Erik Voted for Erik: Stinky Voted for Fatty: Peppperettte Voted for Judy: Rebecky Voted for Mike: Sarah Voted for Paula: Mike
Did not vote: True, Dan, Commando, Tulley, Fatty
Based on the assumption that the merfolk did not have any incentive to vote for merman Dan, our best shot is to vote for either Peppperettte, True, or Commando. Vote for any of those three. Even if we miss, we have a decent chance of hitting the demon.

Chances are if you aim for a gman you have a 50/50 chance of hitting a baddie (assuming there are 3 mer folk on each team. There would never be less and if there are more, we have even better chances). I'm voting for true because I think commando is the demon and I'd rather get rid of mer people.

I agree with this strategy, considering that the Demon has just as good a chance at hitting a mer-person as we do, and the mer-people are more likely to kill a human than the Demon. I don't think True is a choice candidate at the moment, but I also feel sympathetic toward Pep and Commando. Are we sure that no mer-person could have, of their own accord, voted for Dan for safety's sake? If I don't find a compelling reason to think they could, then I'll go with your suspicion

These are the people who didn't vote for Dan. Voted for Fatty: Peppperettte Voted for Judy: Rebecky Voted for Erik: Stinky Voted for Mike: Sarah Voted for Paula: Mike Both the g-men and gangster had threads saying vote for Dan. We should be killing one of the above people. Anyone who is arguing for someone else who isn't just defending themselves is suspect. You would do well to take a side trip to the Library and review the Gazettes. I voted for Rebecky when the tide was turning toward Erik NOT Dan. (I didn't believe Erik to be mer-people, and I was right); Voted with the tide for Dan and Deviant and Cupcake. I voted for Rebecky as she had voted for me the week before (claiming to 'take a shot in the dark') and seemed the decent thing to do was to return the favor. My shot in the dark had better chances of getting a demon out, like I said and you admit, was out of spite. I think I'll go with commando.
