General Rules- Mildtropolis pits two teams, the good team and the bad team, against each other in a battle for supremacy. - As usual, the bad team knows everyone on their team, while the good team is in the dark as to who else is good - The game starts Tuesday, April 13th at 12 PM PST - Each week will consist of two cycles: A day cycle and a night cycle The Day Cycle- The day cycle will last from each Friday at noon, PST until Tuesday at noon PST at the latest - During the day cycle, players will have discussions about who is good and who is evil - During the day, you can vote for a player to be eliminated by typing "Vote: [player name]" in the voting thread in Headquarters. - You can change your vote at any time, but remind me what your original vote was so it's easier to keep track - When over half the surviving players have voted for the same player, that player is eliminated, I reveal their alliance and role. This ends the current day. - If no player has enough votes to be eliminated after 5 real-life days have passed (120 Hours), the day ends with no elimination The Night Cycle- After the day cycle ends, the night cycle begins - During the night cycle, the bad guys pick a person they will eliminate and message that to me - Anyone who has a superpower that works at night can message me with how they want to use it - The night cycle always lasts two real-life days (48 hours) - Game discussion is LOCKED at night - After the night cycle ends, I will report who got eliminated, if anyone Immunity Challenges- The start of each new night cycle day cycle brings a new immunity challenge (a puzzle competition which will usually have one winner) - The deadline for entering is 48 hours after the start of the new day - Winner cannot be eliminated that week Winning- The Good team wins if they eliminate everyone on the bad team - The Bad team wins if they have as many players remaining as the Good Team

1) Does this mean someone could be voted out before the immunity challenge deadline?
2) If the game starts Tuesday, does that mean it starts on a night cycle? Tuesday is also the 14th
3) When a day ends early, do we allow public discussion for the rest of the 120 hours or start the night cycle immediately?

1) Does this mean someone could be voted out before the immunity challenge deadline? If someone is eliminated by day vote before the challenge deadline, could they win immunity and thereby force the majority to find someone else to vote for? Could they die after submitting an answer, but still win immunity when best entry is determined, thereby preventing someone else from getting it?

Good points. I'll move the challenge to the night cycle, and if the winner gets shot by bad guys, I'll give immunity for the next week to second place

So Tuesday at noon we get our roles, Wednesday at 3:00pm we eliminate Super Squirrel, and as soon as the Mayor sees the majority vote, he closes the voting thread, say 4:00pm. Night cycle lasts until Friday 4:00pm? Do we wait for the next Tuesday to start the next day cycle?

Then night lasts for 48 hours exactly, then the new day starts.

Good points. I'll move the challenge to the night cycle, and if the winner gets shot by bad guys, I'll give immunity for the next week to second place Ok but what’s the point of having an immunity challenge if you’re not immune that week? That’s the thrill of having the odds stacked against you and then scraping by one more week because you won the challenge. Also it tips the odds in favor of the bad guys because they basically get double elimination with their public vote and secret villain vote. Right?

It just seems really weird logistically to have the immunity challenge during the day because the day has a shifting end time. Would I do the immunity challenge at the beginning of the day, then 48 hours later end it? But what if the day ended before that, do I take whomever was in the lead and give it to them? But what if they were the leading vote-getter, do I undo the vote and start up the day again? But then if the day is reopened does that mean people can enter the immunity challenge competition? Seems like there could be a lot of balls in play. I'll give it a try, though, at the start of the next day cycle.

What is this visiting element to the game I keep seeing. What does visiting another player mean? Are we allowed to do something I'm not seeing in the rules?

Good question. When you perform an action on someone, you visit them.
So if I'm following player A and they role block player B, I will see player A visiting player B. If someone is following player B and player B is roleblocked, they will see player B visiting no one.
To clarify: seeing a player visit no one is different than having your action fail.

is there any chance to have multiple Immunities Sure. Annie won game night and the art contest immunities this week. However having two immunities is no different than having one

Rules Tweak: Eliminated players will have 24 hours to say goodbye starting from the beginning of the next DAY. Otherwise, they could say "I think so-and-so is definitely good," at night and then the bad team just ices that person
