A bit of a twist on the rules this year. Thanks to Amer and True for helping me review rules over and over and over, this Summer.
1. Most of the passengers are Diplomats of Democracy, riding the train to the Friendlyville political summit. A diplomat only knows their own identity.
2. About 1/5 of the passengers are secretly Spies of Socialism. Spies know the identity of every other spy
3. One citizen is secretly a rogue Assassin.
4. Each week, all citizens vote for a living person to submit to a Polygraph test. The leading vote-getter's identity will be revealed. If they are a spy or the assassin, they will die. If they are a Diplomat, they will live
5. At the same time, all spies vote on one citizen to kill.
6. Also, the assassin will kill someone of their choice each week.
7. Gameplay goes until one team has eliminated the other two sides
Weekly Schedule: Friday Morning: Mildville Gazette comes out (eliminated players are revealed, the Polygraph test voting is published and th eleading vote-getter's identity is revealed)
Friday at 5 PM: Optional Immunity Challenge Puzzle
Monday at 5 PM: Immunity Challenge Deadline, Immunity Winner Declared
Thursday all day: All living Citizens vote for Polygraph Test, Spies vote on who to kill, Assassin assassinates

So once everyone has accepted are you going to post a list of all the players?

dang three people dead each week. So if one spy is left he/she still gets to kill someone? 3 is the maximum. If the group votes incorrectly and selects a diplomat, then only 2 people die that week … which will probably be most weeks, if history is any indicator.

Technically if the assassin chooses to kill the same player as the spies (kind of reminds me of Strangers on a Train, "Criss Cross") and the Polygraph reveals a diplomat, only one person will die.

What if there are ties for the polygraph? Can we give it to two people? that would rock, 2x as many reveals would help us out.

sounds technical, go over that part about the coin again.

Are we goong to know the true identityof the assasins target? Will we know who the assassin kills vs who the spies kill?

Are we goong to know the true identityof the assasins target? Will we know who the assassin kills vs who the spies kill? Yes and yes. I'm thinking that for the polygraph If there's a tie then neither person gets it and we polygraph the next highest vote-getter

I'm thinking that for the polygraph If there's a tie then neither person gets it and we polygraph the next highest vote-getter dang not sure how I feel about this. I like this in the challenges but when I read this, a non-target could be sent packing. Also it makes you second guess your vote which dang.. voting is tough as it is..

Now I'm leaning towards letting the most recent immunity challenge winner break the tie

Remember True, It's not about eliminating them, it's about verifying them so we know that what they say can be trusted. Or killing a spy or assassin, of course

>_> True, I might just be in a heightened state of paranoia, but that sounded sympathetic to spies. My first mission is, of course, to vote stabby off because he is obviously a spy, but I'm going to have my eye on you. Unless you're the assassin, in which case, I'm not even suspecting you at all. ' ha...ha... I have no problem with the vote going to the next person if they are a spy. I just have one question, if that was someone that had already been polygraphed, would it just be wasted on them and not reveal anyone.

I think he would treat it as if you didn't really vote, and thus vote for yourself
