Revolution started out pretty good, but then got all convoluted.....don't watch it anymore. Someone mentioned Suits.....tight and well written, you should definitely see it from the start, the first episode sets up everything. I'm loving Scandal.....very fast moving, smart and kind of twisty in a policitcal way. Again, watch from the beginning.

I think it's just electricity. Modern cars, planes, boats require electricity for certain necessary components. That's why I'm confused why no one is jetting around in a model t... Models T's are internal combustion, still requires an electrical spark plug. But yeah fires and guns still work Show had an interesting premise but the characters and story left me flat.

Annie loves this Revolution show. I like it too, although they kind of wrapped up most of the mystery stuff without creating any new questions.

Annie loves this Revolution show. I like it too, although they kind of wrapped up most of the mystery stuff without creating any new questions. The second season is less about the power being off and more about a new faction in the region. The mystery is about them. There is a minor mystery about the power still going on but its very different from the first season. BTW does anyone watch Once Upon a Time? I like that show but this season has turned into Lost, and I don't mean figuratively, I mean literally.

I started season 1 of Once. Does it get better? <3 I like it, the kid gets somewhat less annoying but also gets less screentime so that helps.

How is the curse a bad thing, among other quesitons. But if it just got exactly like LOST I'll watch it. Which episode does it get like LOST?

I liked the first season of 'The Following' a lot The Following is super intense, possibly a tad too bloody. Six degrees of loving Mr. Bacon in anything he does!

But if it just got exactly like LOST I'll watch it. Which episode does it get like LOST? Its bad because they are stuck on groundhog day without any memory of previous days. Also they can't remember who they are and some of them aren't with their loved ones. It got like lost season 3, they are all stuck on Neverland looking for a kid (aka Walt) and they want to get off the island. There are a lot of mysteries on the island and the Lost Boys (aka the others)

But if they can't remember their loved ones, is it so bad they aren't with them? What i saw was a tumultuous world of evil wizards and firebresthig dragons, then the citizems get their memory wiped and get to live in pleasant modern-day vermont. Seems like more of a blessong than a curse to me.

I saw a film on netflix streaming that I enjoyed. It was called Extraction, I think. Quick summary, no big spoilers this is all revealed in the first 5 minutes: A scientist figures out how to jump into people's brains. He jumps into an accused murderer's brain to determine his innocence, then gets stuck there... For years.
I also saw a NetStream movie that I think I like, Resolution, but I can't get my brain around. Again, spoilers here but only for the first five minutes: A guy is in the woods tweaking balls and hunting from his cabin. His friend gets a weird video of him, so friend comes as an intervention, and handcuffs tweaker to his cabin for a week so tweaker can sober up. Then it is revealed that tweaker never made nor sent the video, and horror creeps in. I loved the unique set up. What's cool is that the guy realiZes there's something scary going on supernaturally, but he just cant make it a priority because of the dude he handcuffed/methheads constantly threatening them. Adds some much needed plausibility to the old horror adage of "why dont they just run away?"

If you still haven't watched 30 Rock you really should.

We try to get into 30 rock every few years, watch a couple episodes, and then give up. It has the same problem that Seinfeld has for me: The writing is top notch but I just don't like any of the characters

I watched the first few season of 30 rock but stopped cause I didn't like most of the characters.
If you loathe Seinfeld, you will abhor Curb your enthusiasm, but that show is pure genius.

Anyways, The Following certainly is super intense, and, just, really fucked up. The premise still makes very little sense to me, but I've been keeping along with it so far because the story carries it and I'm hoping they have a really good explanation of why all the bad guys are such bullshit guzzlers.

I'd like to reiterate Supernatural. 8 seasons on netflix. Fun episodes mixed in with overarching plot lines.
