First of all, I googled "French jumble solver" because of the accent on the E in DEMON.
Second of all, I didn't know all the words were supposed to be in French—just thought the big solution was. So I got seiner instead of sirene, and tried to go forward with "Dents Badernes," which confused me, but I searched the forum for "teeth" and by sheer coincidence ran into the comic book convention script with the last puzzle on it.
Then when I got through that and submitted my solutions to the Mayor, he told me that "seiner" was wrong, and told me to try again, so I thought about it more and (because siren had occurred to me in English) translated siren to French, and it fit, and then I put the correct letters into the jumble solver and saw bande dessinee as a more suitable pointer to the final puzzle.

This is great. It's plausible, and I believe it. I knew at least one person had to solve it legitimately, and I figured it was you. But I can't wait to hear how Rebecky and Peppperettte "solved" it.

Why does it matter how I solved it? but if you must know, I didn't solve it. I got the first 2 parts relatively easy, and worked most of weekend on the jumble. I knew the accent on the word MONDE was key, but never actually got the jumble solution. I found the 4th puzzle and submitting directions just by viewing all of Evans recent posts, and checking for edits with the date of June 6, 2014. Anything more questions?

Props to you Stinky...seriously, word puzzles are my forte, but this one kicked my butt. I solved legit as well in regards to what I accomplished in the challenge.
