Let us take a look at the three weeks of voting since the merger.

Did not vote: True, Dan, Commando, Tulley, Fatty
Week 2:

Voted for Peppperettte: Erik, Mike
Voted for Rebecky: Judy
Did not vote: Commando, *Fatty
Week 3:
Voted for Commando: Sarah, True, Tulley, Rebecky
Voted for True: Commando, Annie, Mike
Voted for Stinky Pete: Judy, Paula
Voted for Annie: Neutrino
Voted for Paula: Peppperette
Voted for Peppperette: Farrell
Did not vote: Stinky Pete, *Fatty
In week 1, several people avoided voting for the obvious target: Merman Dan. The merfolk were most likely in that group, as they had little incentive to take down one of their own.
In week 2, the choice was Peppperettte or Erik. Almost everyone was on board for killing Erik, who turned out to be human. Obviously, the merfolk would be happy to vote for a human (especially if the other option happened to be a mermaid), so they likely voted for him.
In week 3, votes went back to being scattered. Again, Peppperettte was an option, and again the votes stayed away from her. True was also a crowd favorite, but managed to barely squeak by. The demon Commando managed to earn the vote. Commando had been mentioned publicly as a target, and he wasn't a merfolk, which made him a good option for the merfolk, especially if one, or both, of the other candidates was a merfolk.
We know that the merfolk will work to steer votes away from their own, and towards the rest of us, so who has consistently voted in ways that appear beneficial to merfolk?
Week 1: Rebecky, Sarah, Tulley, True, Stinky, Peppperettte, Mike, Commando, Fatty
Week 2: Rebecky, Sarah, Tulley, True, Stinky, Peppperettte, Farrell, Paula, Annie, Neutrino
Week 3: Rebecky, Sarah, Tulley, True, (*Stinky did not vote)
Rebecky, Sarah, Tulley, and True show up together in each week.
Stinky shows up twice, and possibly forgot to vote last week.
Peppperettte shows up twice.
More evidence:
True has been suspected by others, for reasons which I won't list here.
Tulley has been vocally opposed to Annie, railing against her in several posts. In my book, Annie is the least likely to be merfolk, for various reasons I've mentioned before. I think the post that makes me suspect Tulley the most is this recent post, where Tulley suggests voting for True, and that Annie will be next to go if True is human. If True and Annie are human, it's a perfect setup for the merfolk. On the other hand, if True is revealed to be a mermaid, I believe it favors Tulley and Annie being human.
Tulley also won a challenge #8, which relied upon a secret town vote. Given that the everyone knew the vote was secret, it stands to reason that the merfolk would see to it that one of their own won. Why not? There's no trail that leads back to them.
Stinky and Rebecky got my attention before the merger. This is something I mentioned to Annie weeks ago. Nothing incriminating, but I have felt that they were a little bit too helpful in group challenges. Stinky appears to be playing at a higher level than in the past. This alone isn't much, obviously, but it is part of the picture.
This week's challenge was perhaps the most difficult challenge ever. I couldn't get past the obscure, French word jumble. I don't know how anyone did. I'm shocked that three people did. My belief is that Stinky helped Rebecky and Peppperettte, in the hopes that at least one merfolk would win. I don't think they counted on no one else being able to get halfway through the challenge. Unless these ladies can convince me of their superior puzzle solving abilities, I find this evidence quite damning.
In the most recent series of posts, Tulley, Stinky, and Peppperettte, all in succession, get shots in at Annie. Tulley's post I mentioned above, plus Peppperettte's post shortly after, and Stinky's post immediately after that. Peppperettte also steers away from True, for personal reasons. Stinky has been gently questioning everyone's focus on True for a while.
This isn't proof of anyone's guilt. It just gives us an idea of where best to place our votes.
There are currently 5 merfolk left. There should be 3 merfolk among the 6 G-men, and 2 merfolk among the 7 Gangsters. The numbers here overwhelmingly favor striking at G-men. We have a 50% shot just by shooting randomly. Given that, I believe our best chance this week is to vote for either True or Peppperettte.
