A key part of this year's game is that everyone's real-life identity is secret. Fortunately, there's a new feature on these boards that let you add an alternate identity to your normal account. For a simple, two-step guide, click here
1. Everyone belongs to exactly one of three categories: Pirates, Mutineers, and a Kraken wearing a really good disguise
2. Mutineers know the identity of the other mutineers. Pirates and the Kraken only know their own identity
3. Each week, every living person votes for a living person. The leading vote getter is forced to walk the plank
4. Each week, the Kraken eats whomever they want. The Kraken may also choose not to eat anyone
5. Each Friday, everybody's vote is published in the Mildville Gazette, along with the name and class of the people killed
6. Gameplay goes until one team has eliminated the other two sides
7. Once a week there will be a puzzle competition. The winner gets to be the jailer for that week. The jailer picks two people to put in jail during the elimination vote. They cannot be voted for, nor eaten, and they are not allowed to vote. You can jail yourself. If the Kraken is jailed, they cannot eat that week.
Weekly Schedule (all times PST):
Friday Morning: Mildville Gazette comes out (eliminated players are revealed, and votes are listed)
Friday at 5 PM: Optional Immunity Challenge Puzzle
Monday at 5 PM: Immunity Challenge Deadline, Immunity Winner Declared
Wednesday by 9 PM: Jailer jails
Thursday all day: All living Citizens vote for who to kill; the Kraken feasts |

Ay Mateys! I boarded this old barge with the desire, skillz, and Dramamine to last the entire voyage. Sadly, the trade winds blew me off course and I have to jump ship and try to make it on my own. Please ignore the rumors that I was spotted boarding a lovely lil sailin' ship called the Minnow, after Gilligan and The Skipper promised me an exciting three-hour cruise if I listened to a time share presentation.....not true,totally not true. I miss your swarthy faces and stinky bodies already...I'll see you on the next trip! ( if I don't show up, maybe send a Malaysian plane to come a lookin')
