Honestly, I think William, Cid and Myself are not the Kraken(and if I'm wrong, they certainly are playing the dancing to avoid gunshots defense really well). Possibly not Landlubber, but certainly Sidmeir and thebay are both staying out of the fray here, not saying anything about their votes. Given how saying something puts you into the fire, them staying out of site seems sound play if Kraken. Landlubber is on the fence for me because he's coming in at the end of an argument, basically agreeing up front to side with the cid, then against william, both crowd plays. Since Sid and Thebay clearly voted last time and did so for the person killed, they are in fact playing, but choosing to not engage, also seeing where the wind blows. Just my thoughts.

So what's the plan? Do we have a concensus or not?
I may be a bit biased towards William because he decided to vote for me while blindly following TheDPR's misguided theory.
My second choice would be for thebay since I remember her being a bit more vocal before the Kraken hunt.
Zac has narrowed it down to me, sidmeier, thebay.
Cid is set on William.
William has not accused anyone but has defended himself.
thebay and sidmeier have both been quiet.
I'll check back tonight and if anyone posts compelling evidence for me to change my vote, I will.
Otherwise, Annie is correct, our chances are just as good as "eenie meanie miney moe".

I'm not looking for consensus, which is too easy to hide in, but I really would love to hear from our last two members about why they voted. Don't have to let on your current target, but I'm interested in why they voted.

I doubt you'll get what you want from the other two who had voted. Also note that a consensus can let the Kraken hide in plain sight, but having no consensus leaves everything up to chance. I think in both cases, this is ideal for the Kraken.

Do you really think that if I was the kraken i'd be so vocal in my annoyance that everyone is collaborating in secret and openly stating that I wouldn't be participating in a jailer's challenge for extra votes? Oh right, I'm a mastermind kraken who is ten steps ahead. Openly stating that you don't want extra votes can make you appear less like the Kraken, which would be benefitical if you are the Kraken. I actually find it quite unnecessary for you to even state that unless you want to appear more innocent. So yes, I do think that if you're the Kraken, you would have said that. Expressing that you were annoyed doesn't help you look more or less of a Kraken. It just means you're annoyed as a player, which I do agree collaborting at this stage is annoying and can leads to more inactives. Btw, I said you were smart Farrell. You're the only one calling yourself a mastermind Kraken. |

If everyone had actually checked in here, we could have even arranged that with voting, which would be very telling. |

Why would I openly state i don't want extra votes as a ploy when nobody was openly suspecting me as the Kraken before you. If I was the Kraken, I would definitely want extra votes so I can vote for someone who wasn't me. I was in a pissy mood because I thought I was voting with the majority and then suddenly there was this secret voting cabal revealed. I didn't really have any bright ideas on who the kraken was and someone said they were voting for Landlubber. I didn't want to split the vote too much and help the kraken by voting for someone randomly. I did notice that The Dread Pirates' reasoning for landluber was weak, but Amer is usually pretty spot on. I didn't think Cid was it based solely upon the drawing. Nobody else really said anything. I tuned out Jack Tappers after our fight. I'd also like to point out that the secret cabal was wrong. Who was it that was pushing for your victim in the last vote? |

Fluffy Rob, aka Annie. I already gave my reasons to why I voted for The Dread Pirate Roberts. Annie is my suspicion on why Amer got the most votes and died. If landlubber died and turned out to be a pirate, I was going to get everyone to vote for The Dread Pirate Roberts in this round.

Sorry, I'm a bit late to the party and I know it's the eleventh hour, but I've just been too busy these last couple weeks.
Dread Pirate Rackham, I voted for the other DPR last week because of what Fluffy Rob said. She said he looks like he was trying too hard and there were no other suspects at the time. The only other person who was being accused was Jack Tappers accusing Cid of being the Kraken, but I chose to ignore him because he just seems like an ass.

Wow, I'm not sure how you managed to confuse me with someone else three separate times. First here, then here, and once more when you messaged Brownbeard. However, since you've been revealed as a human and you have nothing to hide, I'll have to conclude that it was just a big blunder. I only confused you two once: at the bottom of my analysis post. You and thebay have spoken very little, so you have no personalities. It was easy to confuse you two. Every time after that, I had to go back and look at my analysis post to remember what the hell was going on in the game, but I only looked at the last line, so I never caught the mistake. |
