If we kill a hero they get a chance to "ghost time travel" and reveal one person's action from any previous night
(Shorter game or more people) Everyone starts with a life-bound thing like Sarah and Will. Two people clearly colluding could be villains or could be known to each other
Villains can only kill someone who does worse than them on average at the immunity challenge (or can only send someone who did better). So immunity is still immunity, but if a hero gets second they're also immune from villains if not votes. But if the second place is murdered, we know the immunity winner was a villain. Requires ranked challenges.
We start with one known hero who's the captain of the heroes. The villains can only kill the captain by all visiting on the same night, which puts at least a couple of them on the radar.

A villain has the power to pick someone they think will vote to eliminate them before the beginning of each day, and take that person with them, in addition to the villains' normal kill.
One hero has the power to reveal another player's identity only if they can get them to say the magic phrase
