Howdy-hey neighbors!
I've gotta say, when I heard y'all wanted to meet little ol' me, well shucks, I've just gotta tell you, I was tickled pink. Here I was thinkin' maybe y'all just didn't like us creatures-of-the-dark types around, what with all the crosses and the garlic and the beggin' for your silly ol' lives, but then you go invitin' me out for a pow-wow, and shucks, I'd be lyin' if I told you that didn't just grease my gils.
So how 'bout this? Why don't we meet up in that dark ol' chat room cave just outside town this Tuesday night at 8 pm, an' I hate to impose, but I'd sure appreciate it if y'all just left the stakes and pitchforks and torches at home. Back where I come from, that kinda thing could be considered a mite unfriendly.
Also, please do feel free to bring along your seasonings of choice, as well as any questions you might have, and I'll sure do my best to oblige y'all with an answer or two. An' please don't fret if any of y'all can't make it out that night, 'cause I'm sure we'll be seeing each other real soon anyway.

This Pilgrim Party Planner is just about done-in after a weekend of not-so-Pilgrimish parties! But, I still have enough left in me to whip up a basket of oatmeal cookies for Pilgrim SAMMY....just for old times sake! Yes, I remembered the raisins Sammy! A copy of the famous Painfully Proper Pilgrim Prayers for native Jonathon, so he can reflect upon sinful native ways! |

Not sure what Sarah might be implying (keeping in mind that she's a WITCH!), but even before I scrolled down to see her post, I copied the Vampire's message and popped it into the Gender Genie, which analylizes the gender of a writer, based upon the submitted text. I marked it as a blog entry, and it came up with a FEMALE score of 550, versus a MALE score of 195! Gender Genie feels the writer of this blog is a FEMALE! Obviously, the Vampire would try to disguise their writing style....but, I've used Gender Genie in the past and it's been fairly reliable. Try it for yourself..... bookblog.net/gender/genie.phpI REALLY hate pointing fingers at people (I have this nagging desire to be liked by everyone!), but I KNOW that I'm not the Vampire, and the only other female left is the Bride of the Chief herself....Annie! That said, I realize that the players in this game are all intellectually enhanced individuals, and I wouldn't put it past any of you to fool the Gender Genie! |

Maybe the chat room is your vampire challenge... and I know I was wrong about Sam, but I wanted him eliminated anyway because I'm a witch ;D Also... Annie doesn't write like that. And, why would I defend Annie? I have no reason to. As a victim of the vampire it is now my agenda to seek vengeance.  |

I don't doubt that you're out for vengeance, but you won't get any sweeping your broom around me! Really.....i'm 100% human and would be a really lousy vampire.
I'm not saying Annie is the Vampire....just offering up that bit of info (Actually, I kind of felt like Amer doing my version of investigating!)....but, like I said, anyone in this game could write in any style they wanted. And, I certainly would have changed my "cute" style if I were writing as the vampire.

I don't think the Gender Genie is capable of working on conversation. All it is doing is checking for the occurrences of certain words: A set of words which are more likely to be used by female writers, and another set for men.
The words 'with', 'if', and 'not', are heavily weighted towards female writing.
The words 'around', 'what', 'more', 'are', and 'as', are heavily weighted towards male writing.
In a conversation, the words aren't gender specific, but over the course of a book, it would show a trend (it even says "The genie works best on texts of more than 500 words"). I imagine it would be quite accurate if you input a romance novel or a scifi novel. I put in a couple pages from Twilight and it came back with Female Score: 1958, Male Score: 1474.
